Account information: if you create a buyer, brand, or admin account on the platform, we collect your login email, role, and audit logs of administrative actions.

To respond to your inquiry and connect you with the relevant brand, advisor, or buyer you requested information from.

To contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your request, consistent with the consent you provided.

To operate, secure, and improve our services, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including TCPA, CTIA, and carrier 10DLC requirements).

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Risen Results (and the specific brand you inquired with) relating to your request — such as follow-ups, scheduling, and status updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers obtained through SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories below exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

With the brand, advisor, or buyer you asked to be connected with, so they can follow up on your request.

With service providers (hosting, messaging, email, analytics, fraud prevention) who process data on our behalf under contract.

When required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We never sell SMS opt-in data, and we do not sell personal information in a way that requires an opt-out under applicable law without honoring that right.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability.

Consent records and opt-out records are retained for the period required by TCPA, carrier (10DLC), and applicable state law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Subprocessors that handle personal data on our behalf are bound by written agreements with confidentiality and security obligations.
